We will verify with your insurance company regarding coverage. If your plan covers In-Network services, you will only owe any deductible and/or copay costs at the time of service. If you have Co-Payments, Deductibles, Co-Insurance, or an Out of Pocket Maximum that is difficult, we will help you decide how to best afford your care. Payment plans can be discussed as needed – feel free to ask!
We always encourage you to ask your insurance provider questions to help determine your benefits – you can often find the information to call on the back of your card.
- Are mental health services covered? Do I need a referral?
- What are the online or telehealth benefits and do I have to use a specific online platform to obtain online treatment or can I see any provider?
- Do I have a deductible, has it been met, and do mental health services fall under the deductible?
- Is there a limit to the number of sessions authorized per calendar year?
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Blue Care Network
- Blue Cross Complete
- McLaren Healthcare
- Michigan Medicaid
Please note that not all providers are contracted with every insurance; our ability to take your insurance In-Network versus Out of Network may vary based on a variety of factors.
If you don’t have insurance that covers mental health services or you’d rather not use your insurance, you may pay out of pocket for your services. If paying full fee is not possible for you, please contact our office for further assistance.
Out of Network Benefits:
If your plan covers Out of Network Services, we will complete the reimbursement paperwork for you to send to your insurance, but you will owe the full fee that the insurance will cover at the time of service.
