Wherever you have come from & wherever you may be today, I believe that you have the ability to find love, joy, and community within your life. I value my role in providing support and encouragement within a safe environment as you work to achieve your goals.
In our work together, it is my intention to show up fully myself during our work. I believe in vulnerability & the importance of the client/therapist relationship. My commitments to you include being a lifelong learner, knowing every client has something to teach me. You are your best teacher, and you know yourself better than anyone. My role is to be with you as you navigate the challenges that hold you back, walking alongside you as you work toward becoming your best self.
I believe in holistic & somatic work, utilizing all of the senses and our bodily sensations to access growth and healing. I am passionate about staying active and being intentional with my own self-reflection.
